The mind-body relationship is one of the most complex connections in our body. But despite nutrition being the foundation for nearly every aspect of good health, it is often overlooked in talk therapy.

When your anxious clients are still jittery and tense despite your best CBT – will working with them on their food and beverage choices have an impact?

When your depressed clients are struggling with chronic fatigue and sleeping all day – is there a vitamin or supplement you could suggest?

When your traumatized clients just aren’t recovering – are there nutritional deficiencies lurking in the background, standing in the way of progress?

Although it can be extremely efficient, how do you actually harness the power of nutritional and integrative medicine in therapy, all while staying within your scope of practice?

Join your colleagues and renowned nutrition and mental health expert, Vicki Steine, DSc, LCSW, BCHN, IFNCP, to find out the answer!
